The battery-powered rammers AS30e and AS50e can be used for compaction work without exhaust gas emissions and in doing so have a capacity equal to gasoline vibratory rammers in the same class. The battery-powered rammers convince through significantly lower operating costs than a rammer with a combustion engine, a lack of exhaust gas emissions and significantly reduced noise emissions as well as lower hand-arm vibrations, which are achieved through a new handle spring mounting.
The battery is removable and can be charged using a battery charger on standard plug receptacles. Batteries and battery chargers are designed so that they can be used independently of the model.
